While generally no health expert would ever consider recommending an intense concentrate of sugar as maple syrup, it is generally the lesser of most evils. Thus to sum it all up, it can definitely be said that while the Cayenne Diet in itself may not be very healthy due to the long term affects of not consuming a balanced diet, the ingredients behind it certainly have some health benefits to them.
